The Owner Says

"We have been here for 13 years and have thoroughly enjoyed running the B&B and four cottages. During the past 13 years Green Grove has been updated and recently had new hardwood double glazed sash windows to the majority of the house which were made by a local joiner. Originally the four cottages were converted from stone farm buildings and during our time spent here, we have re-roofed, insulated and uPVC double glazed the four cottages. We currently operate the B&B business from Easter to the end of October, this could easily be extended to suit new proprietors. The four cottages could also operate as holiday accommodation due to the proximity of beaches plus Pembrokeshire coast national park coastal paths. Alternatively if required the cottages could be sold off individually, as they have unrestricted planning attached to them. It will be sad for us to leave Green Grove as we have enjoyed our time here, but have decided to retire."
