Step Outside

The property sits in just over 2 acres of grounds and property is approached via a private tarmac driveway off the A487 which brings you down into the complex, passing the paddock, with five electric hookups, on the left. This paddock would be ideal for erecting some Glamping Pods or Wooden Cabins to gain some extra holiday let income (stpp).

As you drive into the complex there is ample parking outside each cottage and the main house can be found at the far end of the court yard.

The Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool (which is utilised by the guests through the months of May to mid September) can be found tucked away to the far top right of the complex giving it shelter and privacy.

Each cottage has as a small garden/patio area outside, ideal for outside dining in the summer months! There is also a small play area to the far left, below the cottages which overlooks open countryside and offers a safe place for kids to play.

The complex also benefits from a Laundry Room, a shower and toilet block for camping area and boiler/maintenance room for the swimming pool.
