Properties in such close proximity to the beach with such amazing sea views rarely come on the market and this one is stunning. Aberporth is a beautiful village with two sandy beaches which is popular all year round with tourists and locals alike, the beach welcomes dogs on one side all year round and the beach outside this property is ideal for families. The property is being run currently as a holiday let but would equally make a beautiful family home. Viewing is essential.
