I was born and grew up local to Cardigan and have lived locally for most of my life, and now live in the town with my family. I have worked as an Estate Agent with West Wales Properties for over 15 years, gaining experience and local knowledge in all aspects of the business, I have risen up from a Sales Negotiator to a Branch Manager over the years, and feel great pride in helping the Owners & Buyers to move home, I am here to help make the journey as smooth as possible.

From Valuing your home to handing over the keys on a Completion, my aim is to give the best Customer Service possible, within a company that I believe in, and trust to be the best.

Helen was born and grew up in Sarnau just outside of Cardigan. She has extensive experience within the marketing and travel sectors having worked in the industry for over 12 years. Helen worked for West Wales Properties as a senior sales negotiator in both the Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn offices between 2005 - 2008 before heading off to work for a travel and marketing company. She was there for 8 years as their Marketing & Commercial Manager where she qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner. After the company closed their Wales office she set up on her own working in marketing for local companies and a company in London and has now decided to come back to West Wales Properties to use the wealth of knowledge and experience she has gained over the years to help buyers and owners find their dream home.

Becky grew up in the local area of Aberporth, so has a wealth of knowledge regarding the local area. Becky graduated from Swansea University with a degree in Surface Pattern for Fashion Textiles and after graduating, worked as a textile designer for House and Home. After a recent house sale and a purchase of a 1930's period property in need of renovation within the village of Aberporth, Becky found a love for all things home. When the opportunity with West Wales properties came along, she was delighted to follow her passion and is excited to build a career within the company.
